I'm paying for the previous virtual platform, will I continue to be charged? 

No, your studio will terminate your Virtual Membership, and you should not have another charge occur. If you do, please reach out directly to your studio and they will issue a credit and make sure that membership is terminated.

Is my login the same?

Your login on our previous Virtual Studio does not work on this platform. In order to use this platform you must subscribe, and when you subscribe you are instructed to create your new unique login.

Do I access my live classes on this platform?

This platform provides pre-recorded On-Demand video only. If your studio is offering live classes, they do so through their own platform. Please reach out directly to your studio for information about live classes, including O2 Live memberships and exclusive access to those classes.

I have a monthly membership on the new platform, can I upgrade? 

Yes, you can. You can access this through your Dashboard Settings once you're signed in! 

I'm trying to upgrade my membership with a promo code, but there is no place to put the code in. 

We understand that promo codes don't work during an upgrade, but we can manually do this for you. Please reach out to us at ondemand@oxygenyogafitness.com and we will be happy to help you upgrade with the discount code.

Why do I see a charge on my credit card from Oxygen Maple Ridge?
Our Head Office is located in Maple Ridge, BC and our credit card processing account has our head office address. All charges from Oxygen Yoga & Fitness On Demand will ready Oxygen Maple Ridge on your credit card statement.
